This is my Daughter Allora 3-4 years old.
The pond in the second pic is a small goldfish pond in the back yard... I go there to relax and smoke during my IRC breaks..
My interests include my {{{Kids}}}, computing, reading, camping, science in general, history, the ocean, breathtaking views, and visiting new places. finding an old book at a yard sale is cool too as well as breakfast at 1am over conversation in some diner...I like to visit an ocassional restaraunt as well... Movies are cool too but i dont really watch tv..
I started computing in around 1977 if you dont count the old oddessy machine. my first exposure was some textronix computer on some boat. I then started to learn and write programs without a computer.. I got access to a vic 20 sometime later.. then several commodore 64's then finally a 386sx 16mhz which i payed 2k for.. (ouch) I am using a 100mhz pentium now :) no complaints..
my favorite game is axis and allies, my favorite card game is pinochle (loves cards) and my favorite computer games are the ultima series, diablo, hero's II. civilization, pirates... i am sure there are others.. (a significant portion of my life has been wasted here)
Then there is IRC... I have spent a lot of time there and I find that meeting and chatting with people there is fun and interesting. You can usually find me in #mirc on DALnet. I find helping people to be a pleasant and rewarding experience. I think IRC is the best chat forum on the internet (DALnet being the best of the best)... Highly recommended if you like to chat..
